Hotel Sapna Marine, Mumbai

I stayed at this hotel multiple times mainly because of its proximity to Bombay Hospital. The entrance is nice and neat compared to others on the same road, and the restaurant had some tasty options. However, I found the rooms to be average in size, and the bathrooms were uncomfortably tiny. Additionally, I felt the room rates were a bit high considering the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The staff was fantastic, always ready to help, and the food was quite good, especially the Oriental dishes. However, I wasn't impressed with the room size and the lack of basic amenities. Also, the absence of bottled water in such humid weather was disappointing.

My stay at the hotel was quite frustrating due to ongoing power issues and an unaccommodating staff. While the central location near Fashion Street was a plus, the room cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. Breakfast options were limited, and the service overall was mixed. The hotel seemed to prioritize profit over guest comfort, which was disappointing.

My stay was quite nice overall. The location is convenient, walking distance to several key places, and the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. However, the rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side and could use more amenities. While the breakfast was decent, it felt limited, and having to pay for tea was unexpected.
